1. Services Offered
Noosa provides haircuts, beard trims and shaping, children's haircuts, and general grooming services. Cut-throat and wet shave services are not available.
2. Operating Hours for Walk-Ins
Walk-in hours are Tuesday–Friday 8:30am–2:00pm and Saturday 7:00am–12:00pm (midday). Clients should arrive at least 40 minutes before closing time to allow adequate time for service completion.
3. Appointments & Wait Times
Online booking reserves a specific service slot. Walk-in wait times may exceed 30 minutes during peak demand, at which point alternative appointment times may be offered.
4. Late Arrivals & Cancellations
Late appointments may need to be shortened or rescheduled. Clients are asked to provide advance notice for cancellations. The barber reserves the right to reschedule due to illness or operational needs.
5. Payment & Pricing
Card and cash are accepted upon service completion. Pensioner card holders receive $10 off services.
6. Service Duration
Standard haircuts take approximately 25 to 35 minutes. Detailed styles may require additional time.
7. Hygiene Standards
Services may be declined for visible scalp conditions, open wounds, or infections.
8. Liability Limitations
Noosa assumes no responsibility for customer dissatisfaction following service completion, or for delays arising from walk-in demand.
